From the security guys to the army of pink shirted helpers to the fantastic packers artpakk who carefully packaged all the lovely artwork, I’d like to say thank you. I must admit I have had a little rest today as it’s really is quite a lot of work but always worth it in so many levels and so much fun. Thank you Fraser Renton for hosting a fantastic event, and to all the lovely visitors who bought my art and chatted, it’s always great to hear what people see in my work. And a big shout out to the many wonderful artists I met during the weekend.

For the 2nd Weekend in a row I have had such an amazing time. Thank you Sussex Art Fair for having me! I enjoyed every minute of the Art Fair, meeting and talking to so many people who love my Art, it was an overwhelming experience having people I have never met before saying that they wanted to come and see my Art. Sussex Art Fair was the first Art fair that I booked to exhibit at, and I was very nervous, but the lovely Fraser Renton made me feel so relaxed and gave me the confidence to take part. Thank you! So sorry to the guys who wanted to see ‘Sarah’s Trees. On Sunday, the original was sold but luckily I had prints available. Selling that painting was unexpectedly very emotional, and that wet stuff in my eyes started to try and come out! I can’t wait until the next time!

Participating in the Sussex Art Fair 2024 was an absolute delight! Fraser and his team, clad in their iconic pink polo shirts, made this fair a seamless experience for me. My booth was nothing short of amazing, with easy parking nearby, and with the wrapping station on standby, the convenience factor was off the charts. I loved the camaraderie amongst the exhibitors – everyone was not only friendly but also incredibly helpful, making it an ideal environment for a first-time exhibitor like myself. Throughout the weekend, the team were incredibly supportive, ensuring everything ran smoothly. The venue at Goodwood racecourse was fantastic, providing a picturesque backdrop for showcasing art. Meeting passionate art collectors and engaging in meaningful conversations added to the positive vibe of the event. Even the Goodwood security team contributed to the welcoming atmosphere, sporting smiles throughout the weekend. Friendly faces, great weather, and a truly memorable experience – the Sussex Art Fair 2024 exceeded all expectations. Can’t wait for the next event.

We had an encouraging show in as much as we took some good enquiries in addition to the two sales we made on the stand. It is quite normal for us not to cover our pitch costs at the event itself, and for follow-up orders and commissions to hopefully put us in profit. So the next 2-3 months will give us the true picture and obviously we will let you know what comes in the future. Thanks again for a very professionally organised event.
